Note for returns of defective items
Please contact us before you return your defective product. In many cases, the problem can be resolved without to send the device. 
In the first contact an RMA number will be assigned as a reference. Please complete the form below and wait for further instructions.

Repair request

For defective goods, which was filed in the warranty period, we try after receipt of goods, to repair these as quickly as possible. If this is not possible, you get a new device from our warehouse. If the device is not in stock, we have to order it first.

Please keep a copy of the bill available. 

Guarantee for individual suppliers

Vernier: 5 years (expendable items excluded)
Other: 2 years
